Are there any other test prep services?
We provide test prep for a variety of other standardized tests including IELTS, CELPIP, LPI and SSAT.
Do you offer online tutoring?
We offer online tutoring. The flexible nature of online tutoring allows busy students to book session that fit their own schedule.
Where are the tutoring sessions held?
The tutoring sessions are held in at a library or other mutually agreeable location.
What is the cancellation policy?
We value our time spent teaching and students’ time spent learning. To facilitate the scheduling of lessons more effectively, we use the following cancellation policy: We ask for 24 hours notice whenever possible and ask that you arrange a make-up session. If the client cancels the lesson less than 24 hours before the lesson the client must pay the tutor a cancellation fee, which is one hour tutoring rate. If the client does not give any notice and the tutor arrives at the tutoring location then the client must pay the total day lesson fee.
Do you provide an assessment?
During the consultation, students’ levels will be assessed by taking our English level test.
How much does your service cost?
The lesson fee is based on the age of the student, subject matter and any special requirements which may be requested by the family.
